Chelsea Norris joined San Ramon Regional Medical Center as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2024. She came to San Ramon after serving at Tenet Healthcare’s sister facilities, The Hospitals of Providence in El Paso, Texas, where she held multiple leadership positions, including Chief Strategy Officer and Market Director of Ambulatory Services. Among her numerous achievements in those roles, Chelsea successfully led the facility to achieve the prestigious Trauma Level II designation. 

Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administrations from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Science in Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Chelsea takes pride in being actively involved in community service and served on several advisory boards, including the United Way of El Paso County, where she was the President of the Young Leader Society and a member of the Board of Directors.
