Jane Roberts-MacArt has been an integral part of Tenet Healthcare since 1991 and has been the cornerstone of the Human Resources (HR) office at San Ramon Regional Medical Center for over 15 years. As the HR Manager, Jane is responsible for overseeing both Human Resources and Employee Health, playing a crucial role in the center’s operations.

Jane began her career with Tenet Healthcare as a Medical Staff Coordinator before transitioning to the role of Service Excellence Coordinator at San Ramon Regional Medical Center. Prior to her current position, she served as the Human Resources Generalist. Jane has been a part of the San Ramon Regional Medical Center team since 1993.

Jane earned her Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and achieved the SHRM Certified credential in 2020, further demonstrating her expertise in the field.
